COVID SAFE

AusChauffeur operates Nationally around Australia under its Covid Safe Plan which is designed to allow normal travel in our usual Premium Luxury service style whilst being completely safe for both passengers and drivers. AusChauffeur Covid Safe Plan puts the health and safety of all passengers, drivers, office staff and the community in general at the forefront of our operations. Measures in place around covid checks and covid clean are in all aspects of the business operations aimed at ensuring covid is stopped should it present in one of our vehicles or with one of our passengers or drivers, so as to eliminate the spread into the community at large. Working together with our suppliers, partners, venues, destinations, community groups and Local and State Governments we generate a web of information around safety for all concerned.


In our current world with society under attack from pandemics such as Covid-19 AusChauffeur take serious regular tasks such as vehicle cleaning. This was a regular practice simply for providing best service possible in a way that creates comfort and provides style to the passengers experience. This regular process of vehicle cleaning is now also for the health and safety of both passenger and driver. Vehicles are cleaned at the start of each day both inside and out as per normal process, plus also now wiped over after each transfer of passengers, using Hospital Grade Disinfectants that kills a broad range of bacteria and complex viruses such as Coronavirus, inside and out on contact points such as door handles, seats, seat belts, buttons, levers, glass etc., and on breathing points such as back of driver and passenger headrests and seats. Vehicles are cleaned using PPE - gloves, eye protection and masks, long sleeve shirts and pants reducing skin exposure.

Drivers collecting passengers from Airports, Train Stations, Bus Depots and Cruise Terminals will do so wearing masks if necessary and/or gloves and eyewear. Drivers may also ask passengers to wear masks and gloves should they feel the need to do so for their own safety and safety of others. Drivers may be wearing masks, gloves and/or eyewear at all times should it be deemed appropriate or as per Government guidelines or Industry recommendations.



1. ALL AIRPORT, GENERAL AND CORPORATE TRANSFERS ARE CHARGED FROM $80.00 MINIMUM DEPENDING ON VEHICLE TYPE.
2. KILOMETRE RATE AND HOURLY RATE DIFFER DEPENDING ON VEHICLE TYPE, STATE OF SERVICE AND SERVICE BEING PROVIDED.

3. CORPORATE DISCOUNTED RATES ARE AS AGREED UPON BY COMPANY/ORGANISATION AND AUSCHAUFFEUR.
ELIGIBILITY FOR CORPORATE RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
ACCOUNT SET UP WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD TO BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY AFTER COMPLETED BOOKINGS BY AUSCHAUFFEUR AND STATEMENT EMAILED MONTHLY OR AS AGREED.
NO PAYMENTS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CAR IN ORDER TO STREAMLINE PROCESS AND REDUCE TRANSFER TIMES.
AUSCHAUFFEUR MAY USE ANY PROVIDERS DEEMED APPROPRIATE TO CARRY OUT BOOKED TRANSFERS.

4. DAY/NIGHT TOURS, PERSONALIZED WINERY TOURS AND HOURLY JOBS ARE CHARGED FROM $90.00/HR DEPENDING ON VEHICLE TYPE.
5. WEDDING CARS HOURLY RATE IS FROM $90.00/HR DEPENDING ON VEHICLE TYPE. WEDDING VEHICLES ARE DRESSED AND DETAILED.
A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) TO (5) HOURS PAYABLE FOR EACH VEHICLE DEPENDING ON VEHICLE TYPE REQUIRED.
6. EVENT/CONFERENCE, WEDDINGS TRANSFERS, DAY/NIGHT TOURS AND WINERY TOURS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT WHEN MAKING BOOKING TO SECURE VEHICLES.
7. CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING WEDDING CARS, DAY/NIGHT TOURS OR PERSONALIZED WINERY TOURS. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. REMAINING BALANCE IS TO BE PAID AT AN AGREED TIME PRIOR TO BOOKING.
LARGE EVENT/CONFERENCE GROUP TRANSFERS ATTRACT A 10-20% ADMIN FEE OF TOTAL PRICE FOR EVENT ORGANISATION COSTS INCURRED.

8. COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLED STILL OR SPARKLING WATER PROVIDED IN MOST VEHICLES.
COMPLIMENTARY MINTS AVAILABLE IN MOST VEHICLES.
SELECT PHONE/TABLET CHARGERS AVAILABLE IN SOME VEHICLES.
9. IN CAR ENTERTAINMENT - YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN CD'S, DVD'S, OR iPOD/MP3 OR CONNECT VIA BLUETOOTH FOR USE IN VEHICLES WHERE APPROPRIATE.
10. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OBJECTS OR ITEMS OF CLOTHING/BAGS OR OTHER LEFT BEHIND IN VEHICLES.
11. RETURN OF ANY OBJECTS OR ITEMS OF CLOTHING/BAGS OR OTHER WILL INCUR TYPICAL GENERAL TRANSFER COSTS OR AS APPLICABLE IF REQUIRED TO RETURN BY POST/COURIER.

12. BABY AND CHILD SEATS MAY BE CHARGED AT A MINIMUM OF $20.00 PER SEAT.
BABY AND CHILD SEAT FEE IS DUE TO TIME REQUIRED FOR PICK UP AND DROP OFF OF SEATS FROM BASE BETWEEN JOBS AND LOADING TIME REQUIRED TO DO SO.
BABY AND CHILD SEATS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.
SEAT SUPPLIED AND FITTED AS PER AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK SEAT IS FASTENED CORRECTLY PRIOR TO TRANSFER.

13. SPECIAL REQUESTS CAN BE MADE AND CATERED FOR AND WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

14. CANCELLATIONS -
ALL CANCELLATIONS ATTRACT A MINIMUM 10% ADMINISTRATION FEE.
AIRPORT/GENERAL TRANSFERS
- IF JOB IS CANCELLED UP TO 12 HRS FROM BOOKED TIME 100% OF BOOKING PRICE MAY BE CHARGED AT DISCRETION OF AUSCHAUFFEUR.
- IF JOB IS CANCELLED BETWEEN 12 HRS AND 24 HRS OF BOOKED TIME 50% OF BOOKING PRICE MAY BE CHARGED AT DISCRETION OF AUSCHAUFFEUR.
- NO SHOW - FULL CHARGE
NB: TRANSFER BOOKING TIMES MAY BE CHANGED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

DAY/NIGHT TOURS, PERSONALIZED WINERY TOURS
- IF JOB IS CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HRS FROM BOOKED TIME 100% OF BOOKING PRICE WILL BE CHARGED.
- IF JOB IS CANCELLED BETWEEN 1 AND 2 DAYS FROM BOOKED TIME 50% OF BOOKING PRICE WILL BE CHARGED AT DISCRETION OF AUSCHAUFFEUR
NB: TRANSFER BOOKING TIMES MAY BE CHANGED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

WEDDINGS
- IF A CANCELLATION IS MADE AFTER INITIAL BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT.
-IF A CANCELLATION IS MADE PRIOR TO TWO MONTHS OF BOOKED TIME NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT AND 50% OF QUOTED AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED DUE TO OTHER WEDDINGS BEING TURNED AWAY.
-IF A CANCELLATION IS MADE WITHIN ONE MONTH OF BOOKED TIME NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT AND FULL CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED DUE TO OTHER WEDDINGS BEING TURNED AWAY.
NB: TRANSFER BOOKING TIMES MAY BE ADJUSTED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

15. AUSTRALIAN ROAD SAFETY LAWS MUST BE OBEYED. NO PART OF PERSON WILL BE ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF MOVING VEHICLE. SEAT BELTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES IN ACCORDANCE WITH AUSTRALIAN ROAD LAWS. ANY FINES BY POLICE OR TRANSPORT SAFETY COMPLIANCE OFFICERS INCURRED DURING TRANSFERS WILL BE PAID BY PASSENGER/COMPANY/ORGANISATION.
16. NO FOOD WHATSOEVER IS PERMITTED IN ANY VEHICLE AT ANY TIME IN ACCORDANCE TO PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATIONS.
17. NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN ANY VEHICLES AT ANY TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATIONS.
18. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE NOT PERMITTED AT ALL IN ANY VEHICLE AT ANY TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH AUSTRALIAN ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES LAWS. PASSENGERS MAY BE REMOVED FROM VEHICLE AND JOB CANCELLED. NO REFUND SHALL BE GIVEN. POLICE MAY BE CALLED TO VEHICLE AT DISCRETION OF AUSCHAUFFEUR.
19. SOILING FEE - A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $250.00 UP TO $500.00 IS APPLICABLE AND WILL BE ENFORCED FOR ANY SPILLAGES OR SOILING OF VEHICLES CARPET, MATS, SEATS, LEATHER OR OTHER UPHOLSTERY, EXTERNAL PANELS, WHEELS/RIMS OR OTHER.
20. DAMAGE FEE - A MINIMUM OF $500.00 OR THE COST OF INSURANCE EXCESS PLUS LOSS OF INCOME FOR DRIVER OF DAMAGED VEHICLE IS APPLICABLE AND WILL BE ENFORCED FOR ANY DAMAGE OF VEHICLES INTERIOR/EXTERIOR.

21. QUOTES/STANDARD PRICING EXCLUDES G.S.T.
PAYMENTS BY DIRECT DEPOSIT INCUR NO EXTRA CHARGES.
MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS AND JCB CREDIT CARDS FOR OVER THE PHONE PAYMENTS OR ACCOUNTS INCUR NO EXTRA CHARGES.
CABCHARGE TRANSACTIONS INCUR A STANDARD 11% FEE CHARGED BY CABCHARGE THIS IS NOT CHARGED BY AUSCHAUFFEUR.
AIRPORT PARKING FEES AND TOLLS WILL BE ADDED TO QUOTE/FARE DEPENDING ON PARTICULAR TRANSFERS.
A $1.00 GOVERNMENT LEVY IS CHARGED ON ALL JOBS BOOKED AND COMPLETED AS PER GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS.
OUR CHAUFFEURS DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS IN CAR.

YOU MAY TIP YOUR CHAUFFEUR FOR THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND SERVICE OF EXCELLENCE.

22. WAITING TIME IS CHARGED AT $2.00 PER MINUTE.
10 MINUTES GRACE FOR GENERAL TRANSFERS, BUS DEPOT AND FERRY PICKUPS BEFORE WAITING TIME APPLIES
20 MINUTES GRACE FOR DOMESTIC AIRPORT PICKUPS FROM TIME PLANE LANDS BEFORE WAITING TIME APPLIES
40 MINUTES GRACE FOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PICKUPS FROM TIME PLANE LANDS BEFORE WAITING TIME APPLIES
PRIVATE JET PICKUPS FROM FBO'S INCUR A MINIMUM 2 HOURS CHARGED TO ALLOW FOR EARLY OR LATE ARRIVALS FROM BOOKED TIME
PRIVATE JET PICKUPS FROM TARMAC INCUR A MINIMUM 3 HOURS CHARGED TO ALLOW TIME FOR ACCESS TO TARMAC AND EARLY OR LATE ARRIVALS FROM BOOKED TIME
DRIVER ONLY JOBS INCUR A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS CHARGED AT $50.00 PER HOUR

23. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, HIGH LEVEL EVENTS, PEAK TIMES CAN INCUR BETWEEN 30-50% LOADING ON TOP OF REGULAR PRICING. PLEASE CHECK WITH BOOKINGS AS TO WHETHER DATE/TIME VEHICLE/S ARE REQUIRED FALLS ON A LOADING DAY/TIME.

ALL AUSCHAUFFEUR PRICING IS FINAL AND NOT NEGOTIABLE.
AUSCHAUFFEUR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED FOR LATE OR MISSED TRANSFERS.
